Bjee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bjee and you (the Member).

By using bjee's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using bjee's services.

• Each individual may open only one bjee account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
• You must use an account registered in your own name — whether a bank account or mobile wallet.
• Users whose bjee accounts were previously closed will not be permitted to register again.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bjee account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact bjee's support team immediately.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Depositing on bjee is simple and secure. We support all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Below are bjee's deposit terms and guidelines.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.
• Wagering requirements on bonus funds typically range from 5x to 30x, as specified in each individual offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time; another bonus cannot be used while one is already active.
• If bonus abuse is found, bjee reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings on that account.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• bjee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.
• Delays may occur during live betting, and bjee reserves the right to make the final ruling.

Prohibited Activities

Bjee is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system in any way.
• Fraud, hacking, or using another person's information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using bjee for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Using bots or automated software on the bjee system.

Account Closure & Suspension

Bjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under specific circumstances.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial transactions.
• The member wishes to close their account voluntarily.

Bjee will notify the member before closing their account; however, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed immediately without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Bjee is committed to delivering the highest standard of service; however, there are certain areas where bjee's liability is limited.

• bjee is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues or server downtime.
• bjee is not responsible for bets that are cancelled due to internet connectivity issues.
• bjee is not responsible if account credentials are compromised due to a member's own negligence.
• bjee's liability is limited in cases of loss resulting from third-party service failures.
